WDC Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter Slate
for the 2010 Chapter Mid-term Elections
VP Foundation: Christine Rocchio
Christine Rocchio was initiated at the University of South Carolina where she was part of the Charter class of the Epsilon Chi Chapter. Over the years, she has served Delta Gamma in numerous roles, from Alumnae Chapter President to Regional Alumnae Specialist to Advisory Team Chairman. Most recently she has served the DC Chapter as Beta Epsilon House Corporation Secretary and Director of Collumnae Relations at American University. Along with her Delta Gamma experiences, Christine is a Nurse Practitioner and volunteers for the Washington DC Chapter of the Oncology Nursing Society, The Red Cross and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
VP Finance: Christin Vandegrift
Chrissy is an initiate of Roanoke College, where she served as Chapter President before graduating in 2004. Chrissy is new to the DC Alumnae Chapter and is very excited to get more involved with her DC sisters. She currently works as an executive assistant in the Office of the President of a local trade association. In her spare time, Chrissy is the the Recruitment Adviser for the Beta Rho Chapter at GWU and volunteers at an Arlington homeless shelter.
Panhellenic Delegate: Elizabeth Barry
Elizabeth Barry was initiated at the University of Richmond Zeta Gamma Chapter in 2006. After graduating in May 2009, Lizzie moved home to the Washington, DC area where she joined the Washington, DC DG alumnae chapter in Fall 2009. Lizzie was appointed Panhellenic Delegate by the Executive Board of the DC Alumnae Chapter in December 2009 to fill a vacancy. Lizzie currently works for Cvent, Inc., located in McLean,Virginia. In her time away from work, she enjoys cooking/baking, yoga, and playing tennis.
AU Collumnae Chairman: Casey Coleman
Casey is a recent graduate of the Beta Epsilon Chapter at American University where she previously served as President. Casey joined the DC Alumnae Chapter this past fall and is looking forward to increasing alumnae involvement with her chapter of initiation. Casey works on the Hill as a finance assistant and event planner for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and in her spare time enjoys playing tennis.
Holiday Tea Chairman: Karen Ressue
Karen Ressue was initiated at Loyola University New Orleans. Since joining the DC Alumnae Chapter, she has been actively involved in Book Club and the Wine Tasting Special Interest Groups (SIGs). Karen also serves Delta Gamma as the social events advisor to the Beta Epsilon DG chapter at American University. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, reading, and drinking wine.

How to vote:
Elections will take place the week of March 13 - 19. There are numerous ways to vote this election cycle, including mail-in ballots, by e-mail or online voting. All remote votes must be received by the close of business on Friday, March 19.
Anonymous and in-person voting will be allowed at the Founders Day Brunch on March 20.
